Refund policy

We only sell authentic items or your money back. Shop with confidence. All items have been authenticated by our authenticating team. Select luxury brands are shipped with their certificate of authentication from third party authenticating companies. Authentication certificates will be signed from either For The Love of Luxury (fortheloveofluxury.net) or Real Authentication (realauthentication.com) depending on brand and style. The Foxy Shopper is not involved with the independent authentication process of either said company. We reserve the right to use reputable authentication companies that may not be listed. Please note certificates for qualifying purchases are included on purchases made after 9/28/21. The following is the complete list of brands that will come with an authentication certificate. Should you need a copy of your certificate, please email shopfoxyposh@gmail.com. The Foxy Shopper is not affiliated with any of the brands mentioned above. If you believe there has been an oversight in terms of the authenticity of your item, we require your analysis be from a professional, reputable authentication service in writing. Documentation provided to us from the reputable service must include a photo of the serial number of the item as well as the company's contact information. Once submitted and reviewed, we will gladly provide a full refund of your purchase in the event of an oversight. 

We strive to process shipments as quickly as possible. We ask for flexibility for the processing time of purchases that qualify for our third party authentication certificate. While usually processed well within 24 hours of the time of sale, these certifications may take up to 72 hours to process depending on demand. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, trades, or refunds for purchases. All items are listed with full description and detailed photos and you are guaranteed to receive the item(s) purchased from our website. In our listings we do provide height and length measurements for all of our bags (measurements are taken when the bag is laid flat and empty) to better serve you during your online shopping experience. Please note that these measurements are done by hand and do not claim to be exact but are approximate. While we guarantee items to be as photographed and described, we may have obtained the original boxes or dust bags (if included) with any degree of damage from prior shipping or use.

 

Some items we have for sale have been preowned. These items should not be assumed to be in new or like new condition. All items include detailed photos and descriptions to describe their condition at the time of sale. While we only sell products we believe to be in good to excellent preowned condition, please review listings carefully as all products are subject to our return policy stated above.

The buyer has 3 days (72 hours) from the date/time of delivery to report any issues with the product by email to shopfoxyposh@gmail.com.
